(UEN 201831985K, Housing Developer’s Licence No. C1487) is the developer of record for 8@BT, a 99-year leasehold condominium at 6 and 8 Bukit Timah Link, Singapore 589943 and 589944, in District 21. Bukit One Pte. Ltd. secured the Bukit Timah Link site through a Government Land Sales tender that closed on 3 November 2022, submitting the top bid of $200,001,888, or $1,343 per square foot per plot ratio. That offer was the highest of five bids received and stood 15.7% above the second-highest bid, in one of the first GLS tenders to close after the September 2022 cooling measures.
