The 8@BT Showflat is located along 398 Telok Kurau Road (S)423902, at the former Liv @ MB showflat site, and not at the actual development at 6 and 8 Bukit Timah Link. Viewing is by appointment, daily from 10am to 7pm. The showflat is run directly by the developer-appointed sales team for 8@BT, developed by Bukit One Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited. If you would like to browse before committing to a visit, the 8@BT Virtual Tour lets you walk the facade, lobby and surrounding views online.

Please note the showflat is not at the project site. It is on Telok Kurau Road in the east, some distance from where 8@BT is being built on Bukit Timah Link. Set your navigation to the showflat address rather than the development address.

Show Units on Display

Four full layouts are staged in the showflat, covering the entry, mid-range and top-of-range configurations, including a rare chance to walk a genuine penthouse layout in person:

Type A1 (1-Bedroom, 517 sqft): a space-efficient, corridor-free layout with a king-size Master Bedroom, a separate naturally-ventilated kitchen with a Bosch hob, hood and oven, and a household shelter.
Type B3 (2-Bedroom, 732 sqft): adds a guest-facing powder room on top of the main bath, with the same Bosch and Samsung kitchen package and a king-size Master Bedroom.
Type C3 (3-Bedroom, 1,163 sqft): the largest of the common-lift 3-Bedroom types, with a proper dry and wet kitchen split and Kohler sanitary ware throughout.
Type PH2 (Penthouse, 1,593 sqft): the top-of-range layout, finished in Serpeggiante marble with a full De Dietrich package including a steam oven and dishwasher, 4.35m living and dining ceilings, and a private lift lobby.

A visit is also the best way to judge stack, floor and view orientation, so if you already have a specific unit number in mind, bring it along and we can talk through the outlook and the differences between types. In person, the details that matter most become tangible: the Bosch, Samsung and De Dietrich appliances, the Kohler sanitary ware and Serpeggiante marble finishes in the penthouse layout, the actual room proportions, and the gold-toned cascading fins that define the building’s facade. It is also worth understanding where the specification steps up, since six unit types come with a private lift, and features such as the dishwasher and steam oven are exclusive to the two Penthouses.
